Project Overview
This project involved a comprehensive replacement of an outdated enterprise tool, focusing on enhancing user experience and functionality, as well a debuting a first of it’s kind mobile interface. As the UX Consultant and Product Producer, I spearheaded stakeholder engagement, developed a strategic roadmap, and contributed to daily design and UX decisions. The outcome was a seamless migration to a modernized system serving hundreds of locations nationwide, as well as the successful launch of the new mobile facing portal.
